AAIT aims at raising the efficiency of customer service in governmental departments through employing novel technologies in order to reengineer all procedures to dispose completely of all bureaucracy and to transform the systems wholly to become reliant on technology in its tasks, thus reaching speed of achievement, accuracy of organization, and high performance. This will contribute in the following:

• Completing the application of the automation system to all procedures in order render them electronic.
• Enabling governmental sectors to offer their services from anywhere through their electronic channels, whether they were IT, interaction, or inquiry-based services.
• Facilitating services and reducing the hardships for the benefitting party.
• Developing the websites on the internet to support the chain of services.
• Supporting and enabling the simplification and facilitation of procedures and reducing the time required to finish the daily paper work.
• Raising the productivity of the employees in accordance to the development of the work quality.
